The Raf experience… Would like to first to say have been weight training and doing cardio for over 20 years in all that time my body weight and shape changed only slightly. But within just 6 months with Team RAF I lost 2.5 Stone in weight my body started to define better and I feel as fit and stronger than when I first started training I am now 54 so that is credit to Raf he is very patient makes you think about the exercises you perform. So to some Raf training method pain yes but not without purpose. .Thanks Raf
