I can remember my first training session with you as my pt 5 months ago. Little did I know the journey I/we were in for barley squatting 60kg and curling 20kg. Lets fast forward to today (even my bones hurt) squatting 135kg x 5reps for 2 sets, biceps curl 55kg x 5 for 2 sets, 200kg rack pull and the list goes on. Size isn’t everything for me, strength is my goal and with you punishing me and never giving up I am smashing pb’s every week. Can’t thank you enough bro love ya peace out x
