Would like to say something about Raf,I had a few pt before, but Raf is the best one. Before he starts work with you he try to take as much information he can from you to make a diet plan and training program that suits you the best. Raf not only training you, he’s supporting and looking after you 24/7. I can tell about it from my own experience, cos his is training, supporting and looking after me all most a half year now. Even when I let him down, he never judge me, we just start all over again. So I can tell that he is the best and highly recommended.
